My stylish interior designer cousin, Grace, organized our monthly get together. For the month of January, she suggested we visit this modern Filipino restaurant called “Cerchio”.
“Cerchio” is an Italian word for “circles” which is apparent in the interior design of the place.

I AM DEFINITELY GOING BACK FOR THIS!
It’s one of the best crispy pata I’ve ever tried! It’s not too oily since its oven baked. They were able to make the skin crunchy while keeping the meat soft and juicy. It is served with 3 different sauces: Oyster Chili Sauce, Crispy Pata Sauce and, my favorite, Honey Cilantro.

The Verdict
The ambiance makes it a pretty good place to catch up with friends or to meet clients while enjoying good food. I’m pretty sure that your first visit won’t be the last.
